Small Barrel Rum

Made from Caribbean blackstrap and fancy molasses both from the British West Indies. For our barreled rum we take our white rum and it is rested in our freshly dumped bourbon barrels. The barrel dries the spirit out even more; it also absorbs the buttery mouth-feel. The rum picks up hints of the bourbon which you taste on the finish. This is more of a sipping rum but still stands up beautifully in cocktails.
