Kentucky whiskey meets Utah peaches in Waterpocket Disitllery's Robbers Roost Peach Whiskey. After a corn whiskey is aged for five years, it's macerated with juicy Utah peaches. Pressed and gently extracted, the peaches impart a sweetness to the whiskey without any added sugar. The peach-infused whiskey is then aged for several months in used bourbon barrels. The robust flavor is rounded out by authentic peach sweetness. Lingering notes of peach follow an oaky nose in this delicate whiskey.
