Wine Shine French Paso Robles Brandy

This 2 year oak aged brandy uses high proof clear brandy as a base. This brandy usually enters the barrel (French and American oak #4 char—30 gallon barrels— always new) somewhere between 112-121 proof, depending on batch. It then sits in its respective barrel for no less than 2 years. After, the brandy is then brought down to 80 proof using locally sourced mineral water. The batch is then filtered through a 5 micron filter prior to bottling at the distillery.
