Split Spirits New York Black Cherry

New York's history of distilling spirits is just as rich as its population. Legend has it, New York was home to the first still in North America way back in 1640. Split Spirits hopes to capture some of that legacy and the richness that the state has to offer in their New York Black Cherry spirit. It's made from 100% organically grown rye just outside of Ithaca, and infused with black cherry wood. With notes of plum, dark chocolate, pipe tobacco and brown sugar, their New York Black Cherry brings flavors as big and bright as the Empire State.
