This is the oldest rum Roulaison Distilling Co. has ever made. The Spirit Hub Select expression of Roulaison's Barrel Aged Reserve Rum is aged three years and 260 days in 10-gallon casks. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, this limited-edition small batch rum adopts some rye whiskey spice while keeping the spirit's bright, fruity aromas of pear, starfruit, and orange peel upfront.
