Organic Rye Whiskey

Instead of mashing all of their grains together, Rising Sun Distillery does something unique to make their Organic Rye Whiskey. Rye, corn, and malted barley are distilled separately, then blended to create this robust whiskey. As it ages, Organic Rye Whiskey picks up additional nuance due to the Colorado distillery's location a mile high in the sky. Spicy rye tones, flashes of caramel, and a slight sweetness populate this bold small batch whiskey.
