Old Dominick Gin

Master Distiller Alex Castle was given free range to experiment for Old Dominick's R&D Series. One of her experiments was so stunningly intricate, it had to be added to the full-time roster. It became their Old Dominick Gin. The winning formulation was infused with juniper, coriander, angelica root, licorice root, grapefruit peel, chamomile, orris root and ginger root.
