Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year Carolina Rum

Good things come to those who wait. So, Muddy River Distillery put some of their award-winning Queen Charlotte's Reserve Carolina Rum in unused American white oak barrels and waited. Four years later, the rum came out with new levels of complexity. They also have plans for 8, 12, 16 and 20 year aged rums. It greets you with hints of vanilla, caramel and oak. It tastes of toasted caramel, vanilla and oak, leaving with notes of brown sugar and oak on the finish.
