Fernet Manifesto

Manifest Distilling was on a mission, setting out to create a sippable fernet. Thoughtfully collecting 21 botanicals, they arrived at their Fernet Manifesto, Florida's first fernet. The bitter liqueur can be quite polarizing, but Fernet Manifesto will quash any objections. No artificial flavors or colorings, just their collection of botanicals they macerate for two full weeks. They filter it minimally to keep the rich, weighty mouth-feel. It's dark, complex, earthy and bitter. The multi-layered fernet keeps the essence of the history liqueur.
