At Litchfield Distillery, what's old is new. To create their Barrel-Finished Gin, Litchfield's Batchers take their retired American Oak bourbon barrels and fill them with their award-winning gin. During the finishing process, their gin's masterfully balanced notes of juniper and citrus add additional subtle nuances. Their Barrel-Finished Gin displays subtle layers of sweet American White Oak and hints of bourbon whiskey.
