Experimental Gin

Like farming their land, Iron Fish Distillery's Experimental Gin took time, persistence and a little luck. Made with winter wheat and native botanicals, Iron Fish rests their Michigan Woodland Gin in American Oak barrels. The Experimental Gin develops into a barrel-aged beauty. Tendrils of evergreen forest, citrus and baking spice bring you into the bottle. The finish leaves you with lingering swirls of sweet orange, cinnamon, clove and black licorice.
