The use of mixed grapes gives this Falcon Spirits Distillery's double-distilled Peregrine Brandy a lovely depth. Its first distillation is an alembic distillation, followed by a column distillation. Whether or not you understand the process, its easy to enjoy the clean, yet aromatic results. The aroma is floral with notes of banana, vanilla and melon, while the mouthfeel is clean with a smooth finish that lingers on with vanilla, and tropical citrus. It is a perfect mixing medium, specifically made for being enjoyed un-aged and unfiltered and lending itself well to brandy, vodka, or rum based cocktails. Each batch is produced at less than 300 bottles per batch and is hand bottled, labeled, and stamped with the batch number.
