Downslope Distilling makes their Agave Reposado from 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown and fully matured in Mexico. Fermented and distilled in small batches, Agave Reposado is left with distinct aromas and flavors of agave. Rested between six months and a year in used whiskey barrels, Agave Reposado emerges smooth, mellow, and complex with enhanced notes of caramel, honey, and vanilla.
