Quarter Branch Apple Brandy

Brandy was a part of daily living for the colonists that first came over to our great country. Catoctin Creek Distilling Company was able to craft their traditional brandy, Quarter Branch, with a helping hand from Richmond cidery, Blue Bee Cidery. Blue Bee supplied an endless stock of apple wines to sample. Catoctin Creek decided on a blend of Old Winesap, Arkansas Black, Albemarle Pippin, Stayman and Pink Lady heritage apples. The stunning brandy is bursting with sweet apple notes and colonial history.
