Abasolo Ancestral Corn Whisky

This is a bottle filled with 200 generations of Mexican tradition. Coming from Mexico's first dedicated whiskey distillery, Abasolo Whisky is made with Mexican Cacahuazintle corn, an ancestral variety passed down for generations. The craft whiskey is painted with nuanced notes of roasted corn, black tea, tortilla, and cocoa. All of which Abasolo attributes to the nixtamalization process, a 4,000-year-old corn preparation method used in Mexican food. They're the first to use it for whiskey.
