1776 heard the bell toll for liberty in Philadelphia. Today, a different bell tolls at Pennsylvania Distilling Company for another reason. It marks their Pennsylvania Liberty Rye Whiskey. This rye whiskey is handcrafted in small batches from local rye, Wapsie Valley corn and rye malt. Aged in newly charred American Oak barrels, the spiciness from the rye is mellowed for notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel and honey.
