Steps from the Los Angeles River, where there were once bountiful vineyards and orange groves, now stands the LA Arts District. Home to galleries, distilleries and breweries, one distillery outshines the others with sweet citrus aromas from their clementine-based spirits, The Spirit Guild.

Miller Duvall and Morgan McLachlan, a husband and wife duo, founded The Spirit Guild in 2012. After careers in the cinematic arts, Miller and Morgan decided to turn their attention to the art of distillation. It had already been a hobby of theirs, but with a bounty of clementines from Miller’s family farm, they knew they had the opportunity to do something special.
