As the first and only distillery in Cooperstown, N.Y., Cooperstown Distillery is passionate about representing the history of their city. Drawing inspiration from the literature of James Fenimore Cooper, the crystal clear waters of ‘Glimmerglass Lake’ and the baseball legacy of its city, they encapsulate Cooperstown in each bottle of their award-winning craft spirits.
The team at Cooperstown Distillery is hands-on throughout the whole distillation process for their full line of craft spirits. Mashing through distillation, hand-bottling and hand-labelling, it’s all done at Cooperstown Distillery. The grains they use are sourced almost entirely from New York State, and they build lasting, meaningful relationships with the farmers that supply those grains.
Cooperstown Distillery has liquified the nostalgia of baseball with their line of Doubleday craft spirits, including vodka, bourbon and whiskey. Their tribute to the inventor of baseball, and Civil War major general, Abner Doubleday comes in a hand-blown replica of a baseball perched atop baseball field pedestal. The perfect bottle for baseball lovers, and craft spirits lovers alike.
