Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Etrog Liqueur
- 1 oz. Hendricks Gin
- 0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 Raspberries, for muddling & garnish
- Set of 2 Highball Glasses
Directions
- Mash raspberries with Etrog and gin and let rest to macerate for 5-10 minutes
- Stir in lemon juice with ice until frosty
- Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice
