- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Cream of Coconut
- Honey, for rim
- Coconut Flakes, for rim

Directions
- Dip the rim of the martini glass in honey an coconut flakes until coated
- Add 1 cup of ice and all ingredients to a shaker
- Shake until chilled and strain into prepared martini glass
