-
1.5 oz. Wild Roots Northwest Vodka
- 0.5 cup Tomato Juice
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1-3 dashes Hot Sauce
- 5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- Dash of Salt and Pepper
- Green Olives, for garnish
- Radishes, for garnish
- Pickled Veggies, for Garnish
Directions
For the Eye-Cubes
- Use a small knife or peeler to scrape off most, but not all, of the red skin on your radishes
- They should look like bloodshot eyes
- Rinse the radishes and set aside
- Cut a handful of green olives in half and set aside
- Use your knife to carve out a hole into the end of each radish large enough for half an olive
- Place half the olive, cut side out, into the hole
- Place each 'eye ball' in its own 'socket' of the ice tray
For the Cocktail
- Add water over top and place tray in the freezer until frozen
- Fill glass with eyes-cubes and add all ingredients
- Stir until properly mixed together
- Garnish with your favorite pickled vegetables and enjoy!
