From planting to harvest, it takes three years before you get to enjoy rhubarb. Lucky for you, this Spritz recipe is quick & easy! Using Heimat NY’s Rhubarb Liqueur, craft Wildflower Bitters, and sparkling wine, this recipe is simple to enjoy at brunch or with a light dinner on any weeknight.
Ingredients
- 1 part Rhubarb Liqueur
- 2 parts Sparkling Wine

1 dash Wildflower Bitters
- Soda Water, to top
- Strawberry, for garnish

Directions
- Fill a spritz glass with ice
- Add desired servings of the liqueur, prosecco, and bitters
- Stir well and top with soda, and garnish with the orange wheels
