This Piña Colada featuring Montanya Distillers' Platino Rum is certainly worth singing about. Distilled from American sugarcane, this rum is aged one year in used whiskey barrels, which previously held their Oro rum. To remove the color after aging, this delightful spirit is filtered through coconut husk carbon.
Ingredients

3 oz. Platino Rum

1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice

1.25 oz. Cream of Coconut

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Pineapple Leaves, for garnish

Cocktail Umbrella, for serving
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds
Strain over ice into a martini or hurricane glass
Garnish and enjoy!
