Directions

For the Cocktail:

1. Add all ingredients except lemon peel to a mixing glass and fill with ice

2. Stir well, then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass

3. Garnish with lemon peel

For the Strawberry-infused Dry White Vermouth

1. Add a dozen hulled, quartered fresh strawberries and one 750ml bottle of dry white vermouth to a glass container, and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours

2. Strain solids, and store in the refrigerator
