Ingredients

2 oz. Prairie Schooner Rum
- 3.5 oz. Unsalted Butter, softened

0.5 oz. Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- Boiling Water
Directions
- Add softened butter to a mixing bowl with the simple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Cream together until well combined
- Add a dollop of the spiced butter to a glass or mug, and add a good dash of rum
- Fill the glass with boiling water, and stir well until the butter has completely melted
- Adjust the quantities of butter, rum and water to taste
- Enjoy!
