0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

3 oz. Sparkling Wine

Lemon Peel Twist, for garnish

Set of 2 Champagne Flutes
Directions
Add gin, lemon juice, and simple into a shaker with ice
Shake well for 10-20 seconds
Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine
Garnish and enjoy!
