Spirit Hub sent over some radical booze samplers! One is their Whiskey sampler and the other is their Uncommon Collection which includes a radical Coffee Bourbon from Litchfield Distillery and a fun Absinthe from Young & Yonder Spirits. So I HAD to make a Sazerac, one of my fav spirit forward cocktails. They also include a cute lil book with other recipes if you don’t wanna follow mine!
Ingredients

2 oz. Coffee Bourbon
- 1 Barspoon Absinthe
- 0.5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Lemon Peel, for garnish

Cocktail Strainer with Acacia Handle
Directions
- Stir all ingredients besides absinthe in a mixing glass with ice
- Pour a small amount of absinthe in your cocktail glass and stir it around to coat the inside
- Strain your drink into the glass and garnish with a lemon ribbon
