Spring break travels may be nixed this year, but you can take a trip to London with the British Spring Punch. This Spring cocktail comes from our friends across the pond, The Sustainable Spirit Co.Boxer Gin, Raspberry Liqueur, and a bottle of bubbly make this cocktail recipe delicious. The edible flower and raspberry garnishes make it unforgettable.
Ingredients

1.5 oz. Boxer Gin
- 0.25 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
- 1.5 oz. French Apertif
- 0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Champagne, to top
- Edible Flower, for garnish
- 3 Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
- Shake the raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, apertif, and Boxer Gin with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass, add ice and top with champagne
- Garnish with an edible flower and raspberries on a cocktail pick
