Boozy Honey Tea
Rated 5.0 stars by 1 users
Since the weather is warming up, I decided to make some warm weather drinks. First off, since I love tea, I thought why not give it a little flair and make it a boozy sweet tea. Definitely a play on Long Island Iced Tea, but I wanted to make it more my own. I used the Ghost Coast Distillery Honey Whiskey from the @spirithubofficial 's Uncommon Collection Spirit Box and mixed it with the Kentucky Bourbon mocktail mix tea from Adagio Teas. The flavors notes of the Ghost Coast Distillery Honey Whiskey went well with the Kentucky Bourbon tea. The honey whiskey has 3 kinds of honey so it definitely helped make the tea sweet and work well with the tea. The tea had flavor notes of rose hips, cocoa nibs, blue cornflowers and vanilla and definitely went well with honey. It was sweet with a little spice from the Ghost Coast. I also added a dash of lemon juice and a lemon slice to give a little bit more warm weather vibes.
