Brooklyncello’s Blood Orangecello is a unique, refreshing twist on Italian arancello rossos. Intense aromas of orange leap from the bottle before settling into notes of berries, stone fruit, and prickly pear. This makes it the perfect addition to a glass of Prosecco and Club Soda. Top with a few dashes of Cinnamon Bitters, and you have a complex yet delicious cocktail, just like the Spritz that started it all.
Ingredients
- 1 part Blood Orange Cello
- 2 parts Sparkling Wine
- 2 dashes Cinnamon Bitters
- Club Soda, to top
- Blood Orange Slice, for garnish

Directions
- Fill a spritz glass with ice
- Add desired servings of the liqueur, prosecco, and bitters
- Stir well and top with soda, and garnish with the orange wheels
