Besamim Spritz

Sukkah Hill's Besamim Liqueur is an aromatic spice liqueur with notes of vanilla, clove and cinnamon. According to the Beverage Testing Institute, it has a “moderately sweet medium body and a gently warming frosted carrot cake and candied spiced nut finish.” Pair this liqueur with Vanilla Vodka, Clove Bitters, and sparkling wine for a delightfully dessert cocktail!
Ingredients
- 1 part Besamim Liqueur

1 part Vanilla Vodka
- 2 parts Sparkling Wine
- 2 dashes Clove Bitters
- Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice
- Sparkling Water, to top
- Lemon Wheel with Cloves, for garnish

Directions
- Fill a spritz glass to the top with ice
- Add desired servings of the vodka, liqueur, and bitters
- Stir well and top with sparkling wine, sparkling water, and garnish with the lemon wheels
